Dr. El-Yussif did a revision of my left knee February 26, 2018. The original appliance, done in 2013 by a surgeon in Fl had failed (manufacturer defect). I have never felt better, there’s been some “normal” complications that go along with this type of surgery and Dr. El-Yussif and his staff have been there along the way to help get me on my feet. His assistant is also great! The office staff is friendly and helpful as well! Would highly recommend Dr. El-Yussif!

Dr. El-Yussif would be a 10 if they had that grade. Great bedside manners, had me up and out the door same day. Didnt push me, but i was ready. No problems post op. Its been 3 years i have been back up and Dancing.

The only regret is that I could only give Dr El-Yussif five a star review,had both my knees replaced in the middle of the pandemic and the amount of professionalism was outstanding his whole staff is A1..couldn’t be happier Thank you !

Great Surgeon, turned my life around.

Dr. El-Yussif changed my life. I was in constant pain and struggling to walk. My right leg was severely bowed out at the knee and my left hip was also ready for replacement. Despite pre-existing conditions, Dr. El-Yussif did a successful replacement of both hip and knee joints. I am both blessed and grateful. Dr. El-Yussif changed my life.

I found Dr. El-Yussif's practice during my search for help with a very painful knee. At that first visit he listened to me, and he heard me. At 73 years old, I was hesitant to have surgery, so he recommended physical therapy first. During my follow-up appointment we talked about what I wanted. We talked about the physical therapy and about going forward with surgery. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered every question while not pushing me in any direction. He told me what to expect and let me make the decision to have a total knee replacement. Once I made that decision, it was all pretty quick. Dr. El-Yussif's patience made the experience positive for me. Surgery was the best decision and I'm thankful I went ahead with it. I'm a new person! I highly recommend Dr. El-Yussif and his team. I can hardly believI had a total knee replacement 1 year ago and Dr. El-Yussif and his entire staff were so very kind and helpful. I have had an excellent result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. The office is very friendly and they have always seen me on time. They are courteous and friendly on the phone and I never feel rushed. Thanks again for changing my life!e how much better my day-to-day life is with my new knee!

I underwent a partial knee replacement with Tissue Guided Surgery on 10-8-12 by Dr. Eddie El-Yussif. All therapy reports indicate bettern than expected progress. I am very pleased to be able to recommend all the services at Henry Ford Hospital and their home care, but especially the knee replacement by Dr. El-Yussif. The recovery with the Tissue Guided Surgery versus a full knee replacement can not be compared!

On January 30, 2012, Dr. Eddie El-Yussif performed a partial knee replacement on my left knee. On the day of surgery I was walking without pain. I stayed in the hospital one night and when I returned home on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, I had no problem with pain or discomfort. I received home therapy and because of the success of the surgery I was able to reduce the time I needed for out-patient therapy. On October 1, 2012, Dr. Eddie El-Yussif performed a total knee replacement on my right knee. On the day of surgery I was walking. I stayed in the hospital one night and when I returned home on Tuesday, Oct 2, 2012, my pain was well managed and I had no problem at home. I received home therapy for three weeks and now am getting around great. Because of the surgeries Dr. El-Yussif performed I am now pain free and able to do so much more than I could before surgery. The surgeries performed by Dr. El-Yussif have changed my life and I would recommend him to anyone for surgery.

Dr. El-Yussif is awesome. Will soon be having my second hip replacement performed by Dr. El-Yussif and would highly recommend him and his staff.
